Medium : Fits books up to 20cm tall 
Large : Fits books up to 24cm tall

For both sizes the width is adjustable for different thickness of books!) You slide the front-cover in to the front fold, and then fit the elastic over the back cover, folding the excess under; and there you go! You can use your book cover on any book of the appropriate height (or a little shorter). These can be gently washed if needed (gentle machine wash or by hand); no tumble drying!
