How can I contact you?

When are new releases?
Every 2nd Friday! Blackbird Print Co is a one-woman show so now and then this may not hold but for the most part you can expect fortnightly releases.

What are your Processing Times?
Processing is usually 3-5 business days, and may be extended during sales or other peak periods; this will be reflected on the updates bar on the website at the time of ordering. 

How does the loyalty system work?
Each order placed via our website will receive a free sampler (changes monthly) and a small sticker sheet containing 1 x "blackbird" sticker! Your first website order will also include a business card with space on the back to place these blackbird stickers and collect them, and room to write in your name and the date when the card is filled with all 5 "blackbirds!". Once the card is full, email a photograph of the completed card to blackbirdprintco@gmail.com, and we will respond providing you a unique code you can use when you next order from us for $5 off that order. Sometimes extra blackbird stickers may be offered as a promotion, keep an eye on our Facebook VIP group for this and other promotions!

When can I expect my order to arrive?
This is out of my control and in the hands of the postal system. Generally orders within Australia will be received within 5-7 business days, and international orders can take up to 35 business days (6-7 weeks). Please be mindful that business days exclude public holidays and weekend, and around peak times like the Christmas / New Year period post can take longer. 

My order hasn't arrived - Help!
Email blackbirdprintco@gmail.com with your name and order details so we can work out a solution if your order hasn't arrived within
AUSTRALIA  : 10 business days
THE REST OF THE WORLD  : 40 business days

Something is missing from my order / There's a problem with one of my items
Although checks are made during production things can slip past due to human or machine error from time to time; i'm happy to replace any missing or defective items so long as photographic evidence is provided; email to blackbirdprintco@gmail.com with your order number, name, a description of the issue and your photographs. 
*note: if the sticker is offcut by a little, we do not consider that defective! silhouette machines cannot cut 100% accurately and this is outside of our control

Do you have any active coupon codes?
There are no permanent coupon codes, and any offers will be provided firstly to the VIP group on facebook (link at the bottom of my site) and sales will be advertised on social media - make sure you're following @blackbirdprintco!
