Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Faulty Goods
Due to the handmade nature of our items we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Although checks are made during production things can slip past due to human or machine error from time to time; i'm happy to replace any missing or defective items so long as photographic evidence is provided; email to blackbirdprintco@gmail.com with your order number, name, a description of the issue and your photographs. Please allow 48hrs for a response, and we will email you back to arrange a replacement if appropriate. If you are seeking a refund or the item you purchased is seasonally specific and a replacement is not viable, a refund can be arranged as long as photographic proof of the problem is provided; these requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
*note: if the sticker is offcut by a little, we do not consider that defective! silhouette machines cannot cut 100% accurately and this is outside of our control. 
*No responsibility is taken for damage or issues that occur during transit or regarding shipping. If issues occur please contact Australia Post.

Cancellations
Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of placing your order if your order has not already been dispatched. Cancellations are not accepted during major events and sales.

Shipping
Your order will be processed by Blackbird Print Co and prepared to ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. Once posted, orders within Australia are expected to have been received within 5-7 business days, and international orders can take up to 35 business days (6-7 weeks). Please be mindful that business days exclude public holidays and weekend, and around peak times like the Christmas / New Year period post can take longer. We are not responsible for any customs and import duties, or any other requirements  issued by your country. Any charges must be paid by the customer. Goods will be delivered to the address specified on your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please make sure we have the right address for you. If you notice an error after you have placed your order, please contact us immediately by email. If your shipping label has already been created and paid for you will be required to cover the costs to create a new label, and if your order has already been shipped you will need to wait for the order to be returned to us and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.

Reselling and Artwork Licences
All art is original hand-drawn art by Blackbird Print Co and may in no way be duplicated, imitated, resold or redistributed without my written permission. All items are for personal use only and may not be on-sold in a commercial capacity; if you are seeking to order a wholesale quantity for commercial purposes contact me via blackbirdprintco@gmail.com
